We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Easy Hyzer. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and Estonian consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- unthrown
- in original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
To start a return, contact us at info@easyhyzer.eu. After reviewing your request, we will provide full instructions for completing the return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and then return the original product following the return steps above.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@easyhyzer.eu.
Important Notes
- Returns are not accepted for used or thrown discs.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- This policy applies to all online orders within Estonia and the European Union.
