Welcome to Easy Hyzer OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or making a purchase from our online store easyhyzer.eu, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

These Terms govern all use of our website and all purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Products and Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and stock information.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or a replacement.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept secure payment methods including:
    • Visa, MasterCard
    • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
    • Local Estonian bank payments (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop) via Maksekeskus/Montonio
  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and Maksekeskus/Montonio.
  • We do not store or share your payment details.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within Estonia and the European Union.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU and Estonian consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unthrown
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Used items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale (discounted) products

To initiate a return, contact us at info@easyhyzer.eu. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty under EU and Estonian consumer laws. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU GDPR. We use your information only to fulfill your orders and improve your shopping experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyHyzer OÜ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by external factors such as postal or customs delays.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection rules.
